Lissie grew up in New Hampshire and Alabama. She attended Auburn University where she got a degree in English Education and met her husband, Connor.

After getting married in 2020 and spending a year in Georgia, they moved to Chapel Hill in the spring of 2021. They started attending CHBC shortly after and now host a young adult life group.

Lissie was a middle school English teacher for a few years before being lead out of teaching and is excited to serve the Lord and the church in her role.

Lissie enjoys reading a variety of books, baking, walking in the sunshine, and spending time with her family and friends.
